    Returns & Warranty

    Honey-Can-Do takes great pride in the quality and functionality of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety, and construction is our priority.

    We encourage you to carefully inspect all items upon delivery and notify us immediately of any damage or quality concerns. Please email us at support@honeycando.com or call 1.877.242.2636 Monday-Friday between 8am - 5pm CST.

    For issues with items purchased at an independent retailer, the issue must be resolved with the retailer. Additionally, Honey-Can-Do does not accept returns on items purchased at one of our independent retailers. In these cases, you must return the item to the outlet from which it was purchased.

    For items purchased on honeycando.com, to follow is our WARRANTY:

    Within 60 days of purchase, and with proof of purchase, HCD, at its option, may offer a comparable product or offer a replacement part, so long as products were purchaesd through authorized sales channels. This warranty DOES NOT apply to damage caused by negligence, misuse, excessive use, improper cleaning, improper assembly, or any circumstance not directly attributable to manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase is required in the form of a receipt/confirmation and proof of damage may be requested to validate warranty.

    We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear or after 60-days of use. For orders over $500, customer will be responsible for shipping if return is accepted, plus a 15% restocking fee of the subtotal.

    Our independent retailers will not accept returns of product purchased through www.honeycando.com
