How do I return an item?
Honey-Can-Do takes great pride in the quality and functionality of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety, and construction is our priority.
We encourage you to carefully inspect all items upon delivery and notify us immediately of any damage or quality concerns. Please email us at email@example.com or call 1.877.242.2636, option#1 Monday-Friday between 8am - 4pm CST. Please include your name, phone number, product number, and issue that you're experiencing and a customer care representative will respond back within 3 business days.
Honey-Can-Do, at its option, may offer a comparable product or offer a replacement part or request that the item be returned for a refund or credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Proof of purchase is required in the form of a receipt to validate the warranty.
We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
We cannot accept returns on items purchased at one of our independent retailers in which case you must return the item to the outlet from which it was purchased.
Our independent retailers will not accept returns of product purchased through www.honeycando.com
