direction and leadership, ensuring the team is focused on the common goal of customer satisfaction. Passionate about delivering value and exceptional service, Steve's philosophy is to keep the company flexible and highly responsive, avoiding the bureaucracy that weighs down many large companies. Until recently, Steve owned a $90 million manufacturing company in the hardware industry, with gross sales tripling in just five years. A native of Chicago, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University and is completing his Executive MBA from
the Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
An accomplished international supply chain executive, Debbie strategically places our manufacturing in the best possible location, guaranteeing product arrives on time and is competitively priced. For the past 18 years Debbie has established and managed world-class global divisions for several corporations, including Overhead Door, National Manufacturing Co. and LDR International. A native of Chicago, Debbie has lived in Shanghai for seven years and has unparalleled knowledge of Asian business practices and the current international business climate.
A sharp and analytical thinker, Tony has many years of manufacturing financial management experience. At Honey-Can-Do he oversees all financial functions including accounting, budget, tax, risk management, credit, financial planning and analysis. A Certified Public Accountant, Tony holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois, and an M.B.A. from Webster University.
A highly skilled director, Garrett has 18 years of retail experience across multiple roles, including sales, store operations, district and regional store management and regional merchandise management. With over 10 years of expertise in multi-site distribution management, Garrett oversees the complete daily operations and logistics for the Honey-Can-Do Distribution Center. He has
an BA in journalism and an MBA in Marketing from the University of South Carolina.
With an extremely successful track record in data, communications and information systems, Arlene relies on her years of experience to continually build a strong Information Technology department at Honey-Can-Do. She leads her team in analyzing the needs of each department and establishes priorities for feasibility studies, systems design and implementation to develop and/or modify our information processing systems.
Leveraging his international experience in sourcing and business development, Peter joins the Honey-Can-Do staff as Director of Asian Operations. For the past 10 years, Peter has gained a strong understanding of North American retail, serving as a Product Manager for a major North American retailer. At Honey-Can-Do, Peter directs and coordinates our overseas purchasing and logistics initiatives. He is the lead of the international purchasing team in sourcing and quality control. Peter has an BA from the University of North Carloina and an EMBA from the University of Texas. Peter is fluent in English, Mandarin, Taiwanese and Japanese.
An innovative designer and strategic thinker, Melissa implements creative solutions for the Honey-Can-Do brand. With over 8 years of experience in retail marketing and packaging design, Melissa executes the Honey-Can-Do brand strategy across multiple mediums, from packaging and product design to web and marketing materials. Melissa combines her keen skills in project management with an artistic flare to assure Honey-Can-Do maintains its compelling, orignal style.
Intelligent and dynamic, Daniel brings a wealth of international experience to Honey-Can-Do. Proficient in Mandarin, Daniel has worked in Shenzhen and Hong Kong in logistics and marketing. At Honey-Can-Do, Daniel has a multitude of responsibilities, from product research and development to office management and payroll. He is a graduate of Cornell University, majoring in Government and Asian Studies.
